We are looking for an Operations Assistant to join our office in Madrid, managing several well-established trade shows.
About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Assistant to join our office in Madrid, managing several well-established trade shows. You will work within the Operations team on various Easyfairs exhibitions based in Spain and Portugal, handling exhibitor orders and assisting with their inquiries.
Required Skills, Experience, and Attributes:
• Previous experience in the exhibitions or events sector, or in a similar role.
• High standards of communication.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
All candidates must be fluent in both English & Spanish.
Main Responsibilities:
• Coordination and management of the Exhibitor Store, assisting exhibitors with their pre-event orders and achieving revenue targets.
• Communication with exhibitors to ensure they receive the highest level of customer service before, during, and after the event.
• Management of the exhibitor manuals.
• Managing the Organiser Helpdesk during events.
• Administrative support.
